It was a cold spring, winter had just ended and our young founder Jacob Nez Rubenson had just settled in what would become this very town. In 1918 anyone who found land could make a home. Though it took time to establish a camp, he had enlisted the help of various homes, the Lodge family, the Vey family, and the Kinasew family. Fierce storms and harsh winds would challange them, but together they persevered and helped build homes, general stores, and even a church. It was thanks to these kind souls that we would see great things come to our lovely towns folk.
In 1932 our railroad would begin construction after the mayor election. Unfortunately on November 6th, a day of elections, one of the candidates named JOHN DOE would be found dead at a rally leaving our much more trusted and true leader, Jacob Nez Rubenson to be given the title mayor. With suspicion in the air of this being staged elected officials would address this and host what would be one of many events at the church, an investiture.
I have not quite finished wrinting enough at the moment to fill this whole page, but this paragaph is just a test to see how scrolling will look.
